Hi, I'm Karen Luedtke and I support inspired people to be the change they want to see - bringing their gifts to the world while living a balanced, regenerative and purposeful life.

So, when I'm not working or getting on with life's practicalities, you may well find me on my trampoline, strolling along the beach or doing a little bit of nothing...

I've been involved in the field of human potential for the last 25 years. Learning from my personal pie piece of trauma, burn-out and addictive tendencies, first inspired me to set up my own healing arts business in 2011.

As a transformational coach, bodywork practitioner and Biodanza facilitator, I offer my background in medical anthropology, holistic learning and trauma awareness to support others to tap into their innate wisdom - in a nutshell: acting as a mirror to reflect life's inherent wholeness.

I learnt to synthesize details and bring in wide-angle perspectives through my PhD and book Dances with Spiders, an in-depth study on dance, trauma and well being in southern Italy. I draw on this training in attuning to others and the larger cultural and collective fields we are all part of.

I have also lived long-term in six different countries and, along the way, had my own horizons continually stretched - if not popped! I now find myself holding space for others, for new perspectives to surface and past experiences to be reframed.

A decade at the Findhorn Foundation, and the influence of many deeply inspiring teachers, has honed my trust in inner listening - a core principle of this inspiring spiritual community and learning centre. Acknowledging our connection to subtle dimensions of consciousness is inherent to what I offer.

Working closely with the body through dance, massage and energy work, continuously shows me at first hand, how relaxation activates our intrinsic self-healing capacity and bodily wisdom. And this is what I also bring to coaching.

Many coaching modalities focus on goals, brain-storming and analytical thinking. The sessions I offer combine these rational approaches with deeply grounded, embodied and intuitive ways of accessing new insights and inspiration. They draw on the wholeness of what it means to be human to find answers and identify next steps.

And, in my experience, this process never ceases to be both humbling and awe-inspiring...

Positive Intelligence 6-month coaching training with US-based Positive Intelligence founder Shirzad Chamine.

Biodanza facilitator and didactic teacher certifications through the International Biodanza Federation.
